Groundworks & base preparation
On the agreed start date we prepare or upgrade the base (this might mean a full dig-out or an overlay, depending on what you have now).

Most resin bound driveways are classed as permeable and therefore do not usually require planning permission when installed correctly on a suitable base. We’ll explain how this applies to your property at survey stage.
Smaller driveways and patios are often completed within 2–3 working days from the start of groundworks. Larger projects or more complex access can take a little longer, but we’ll give you clear timings in your quote.
Cost depends on the size, preparation needed and the resin blend you choose. In Somerset, most domestic resin driveways we install sit somewhere between £90–£190 per m², but we’ll always give you a site-specific price.
Routine sweeping and the occasional low-pressure jet-wash are usually all that’s required. We’ll provide you with simple aftercare guidance at handover.
